What might look like an alternative design for a slightly taller architecture of Berlin´s Stalinallee (Karl-Marx-Allee today) or for a thoroughfare connecting Moscow´s “Stalinskie Vysotki” (Stalin´s High-rises) is, in fact, a plan of a future fractional street: for the Sixth-and-a-Half Avenue in New York´s Midtown.
