BAMMELAGE – ill-fitting garments that are hanging and flapping around one´s body; anything that is worn hanging (f.ex. earrings or a chain watch)
There is also the expression, “Ich habe einen Bammel!”. Meaning I’m afraid or I’m anxious.
Stimmt! My eldest even used it recently and I wasn’t sure what he meant:)
