KREUZBERGED BERLIN

Everything You Never Knew You Wanted to Know About Berlin

YOU ARE HERE: U-BAHNHOF ORANIENSTRASSE

Here is a wonderful photo of the Hochbahn Bahnhof “Oranienstrasse” made around 1905 with the Hochbahn line running along Skalitzer Strasse, with Wiener Strasse on the right, Manteuffelstrasse cutting Skalitzer Strasse from the right to the left side under the viaduct and with Oranienstrasse on the left.

Please notice the clear proximity of the Emmauskirche at Lausitzer Platz.

To find out more about the history of this particular station, read one of our last week posts here.
