KREUZBERGED: BERLIN COMPANION

Everything You Never Knew You Wanted to Know About Berlin

ROLLING THROUGH GÖRLI

Since the latest measures to curb drug-dealing kicked in and the policemen and policewomen can be seen doing their beat through the park on regular basis, Görlitzer Park looks astoundingly like a normal public park again. It is clean, it is pleasant and it feels safe again.

It was high time somebody took care of that. And it seems to work. The dealers might not be entirely gone but they are much fewer and even those still lurking behind the benches definitely lost their chutzpa.

You can sit on the grass again without ending up with putting your hand into glass shards or somebody´s vomit. People! Guests and Visitors! Let us keep it this way:)
