THE BUNTE VÖGEL OF KREUZBERG – STRAIGHT FROM THE NEW YORK TIMES

Thanks to Robin, who not only runs a great new tour following the story and the imperial moustache of Kaiser Wilhelm II but also seems to know what the international press are up to, we know now that fashion a la Kreuzberg is not only legitimate as a style but that it is also worth writing about by the leading newspaper from the other side of The Big Pond.

Here is a short series of interviews with Kreuzberg´s “Bunte Vögel” – “Bunter Vogel” is actually a German idiom for “eccentric, different” – and their passion for red socks, red coats and being a lord but looking like a beggar.
