Everything You Never Knew You Wanted to Know About Berlin

Only a month ago an annual police report issued in Berlin informed us that in 2013 as many as 26,513 Berlin bicycles changed their owners without the actual owners´permission.

In a city where almost 30,000 bikes get stolen per year, the news of a new, unbreakable bicycle lock having been produced might cause widespread joy & merriment. Not to mention that “UP YOURS” feeling of glee you get thinking about anyone trying to pilfer your trusted two-wheeled friend.

The news is so phenomenally fantastic we have decided to share it with you. It might also have something to do with the fact that out of those 26,513 bikes last year at least 3,381 disappeared in F´hain-Kreuzberg (second best result after Pankow-Prenzlauerberg with its impressive 3,883).

The day has come:-)
